An increasing body of research literature has shown that psychological states have clear impact on recovery and quality of life in women with breast cancer. Psychosocial variables such as emotional expression, coping styles, and factors related to social support appear to have the most promise for improving quality of life and increasing the probability of prolonged survival. We believe that this physical meditative practice coupled with guided and silent meditation is beneficial for survivors.

Science provides support for reduced overall mortality and mortality from breast cancer among women who engage in physical activity after breast cancer diagnosis, we see the need and make the program happen because we believe You Can Thrive! with healthy affordable resources. Come and join us.

Community partnerships mean so much to us, and we wish to thank, Tammy Burstein, Gabrielle Roth and her 5 Rhythms™ Reach Out Foundation, Young Living as well as our benefactors and volunteers for their generosity. If you wish get involved, or to get more information please
