Here are five actionable steps to maintain harmony during difficult political times:

  1. Limit Exposure to Polarizing Media 📺🚫News can often feel overwhelming and divisive. Take a deliberate break from consuming political news that drains your energy. Instead, devote time to uplifting sources that encourage dialogue and understanding.

  2. Practice Sound Meditation 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️Set aside one hour each week on Tuesdays @8:30pm ET for our Twilight Tuesday sound meditation. This practice calms the mind, reduces anxiety, and helps you engage in your community with a clearer perspective. Our guided meditations is focused on compassion and connection.

  3. Engage in Community Service 🤝❤️Give back to your community by volunteering. Whether it’s helping at a local food bank or organizing a neighborhood clean-up, these actions foster bonds and strengthen your sense of purpose.
